Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly with photos of the issue at support@buckaroologic.net. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Missing Orders:
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at support@buckaroologic.net. We will investigate the issue and take steps to locate your package or provide a replacement.
Return Shipping Costs:
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied, and you will receive a partial refund.
